On July 11, 2023, under the guidance of the Local Financial Supervision Bureau of the Autonomous Region, the Finance Department of the Autonomous Region, the Science and Technology Department of the Autonomous Region, and the Industry and Information Technology Department of the Autonomous Region, the Inner Mongolia Equity Trading Center, Beijing Qingke Entrepreneurship, Inner Mongolia Base of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, Inner Mongolia Base of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, Inner Mongolia Base of the Beijing Stock Exchange, and Inner Mongolia Base of the National Small and Medium Enterprise Stock Transfer System were established The first Inner Mongolia Value Investment Enterprise Selection Event, jointly organized by Inner Mongolia Radio and Television Station, aims to collaborate with the "Tianjun Plan" and "Science and Technology Revitalization of Mongolia" work of the autonomous region to promote the listing of enterprises, dynamically explore and select high-quality potential enterprises in the autonomous region, and incorporate them into regional equity market services. On the basis of the already formed "seed planting, seed selection, seedling raising, and seedling delivery" hierarchical cultivation in the autonomous region, Enrich and enhance the team of enterprises planned to be listed in the autonomous region.
The selection activity closely follows the action plan of the five major tasks of the autonomous region, focusing on the eight industrial clusters and 16 industrial chains of the autonomous region. It comprehensively evaluates the development prospects, business models, core competitiveness, market development, and other aspects of the industry in which the enterprise operates, attracting widespread attention and active registration from about 300 enterprises in 12 league cities of the autonomous region. More than 70 investment institutions both inside and outside the region provide full support, and more than 50 expert judges assist in joining, More than 60 media matrices promote.
The list selection is divided into two categories. "Tianjun Star" focuses on excellent enterprises that are in the expansion and stability period and have the potential and intention to go public, while "Growth Potential Star" focuses on high growth enterprises that are in the seed and growth period and have innovative capabilities, business models, and investment value. After the initial evaluation, re evaluation, and final evaluation, 20 "Tianjun Star" enterprises and 30 "Growth Potential Star" enterprises are finally selected.
