Headline | Adding New Scenarios to Achievements Application! Photoenergy technology testing equipment plays an important role in hydrogen testing laboratories at hydrogen refueling stations
Release time:2022-08-31
With strong support from governments at all levels, our company's "Hydrogen Energy" project, namely the detection and analysis equipment for trace impurities in hydrogen gas, has been applied to Sinopec's first on-site hydrogen detection laboratory in China - Sinopec Xiwanzi Hydrogen Detection Laboratory. During the Winter Olympics, we participated in the operation guarantee of various types of hydrogen energy vehicles.
The gas detection equipment of Inner Mongolia Guangneng Technology Co., Ltd., a graduate enterprise of Ordos Qidi Innovation and Entrepreneurship Service Center, is applied to Sinopec's first on-site hydrogen detection laboratory in China - Sinopec Xiwanzi Hydrogen Detection Laboratory, and participated in the operation guarantee of various hydrogen energy vehicles during the Winter Olympics.
It is understood that hydrogen fuel cells for vehicles have high requirements for hydrogen quality, which directly affects the performance and lifespan of the vehicle. The national standard GB/T 37244-2018 "Hydrogen Fuel for Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell Vehicles" implemented in July 2019 requires a hydrogen purity of 99.97% and strict regulations and restrictions on the content of 13 impurities such as ammonia and formaldehyde in hydrogen.
The Sinopec Xiwanzi Hydrogen Detection Laboratory was established in September 2021 and completed acceptance in December 2021. It covers an area of approximately 40 square meters and has 5 professional detection instruments. Among them, the optical cavity decay instrument of Optoelectronics Technology is mainly responsible for detecting ammonia in hydrogen.
The Sinopec Hebei Chongli Xiwanzi Hydrogen Station has a daily hydrogen supply capacity of 1000 kilograms and is equipped with two hydrogen refueling machines, which can simultaneously meet the refueling needs of 35 MPa and 70 MPa hydrogen fuel cell vehicles. During the Winter Olympics, the station will provide services for Winter Olympics vehicles such as 35 megapascals hydrogen buses and 70 megapascals hydrogen minibuses, as well as various hydrogen vehicles such as logistics trucks and hydrogen cleaning vehicles.
According to the relevant plan of "Energy Conservation and New Energy Vehicle Technology Roadmap 2.0", the construction goal of China's hydrogen refueling stations is at least 1000, and there is a demand for hydrogen purification in the hydrogen refueling process, including the upstream hydrogen production process. If Photoenergy Technology can occupy a position in the relevant supply chain, it will effectively improve the company's revenue scale.
In addition, the industry standard T/CECA-G 0185-2022 "Determination of Ammonia in Hydrogen by Optical Cavity Ring-down Spectroscopy" jointly developed by the company, Foshan Green Development and Innovation Research Institute, China Petrochemical Corporation Petrochemical Science Research Institute, and China Standardization Research Institute was released and implemented on August 31, 2022.
